Types of Planets in the Universe

Types of Planets in the Universe

Throughout the universe, you can discover up to five types of planets, each generated randomly. Every planet has its own unique characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages, as well as distinct flora and fauna. All planets are equipped with a stargate.

Rocky Planet

The Rocky Planet is a toxic world with no atmosphere, and its temperature is equivalent to that of space. The entire surface is covered in rocks, and you can observe purple crystals scattered across the landscape.

  • Toxic Effect: Any lifeform that is not protected or not traveling in a vehicle will perish.

Cold Planet

A Cold Planet has an atmosphere, but it is very thin, resulting in extremely low temperatures. Most of the water is frozen, and the rest of the planet is either rocky or snow-covered. You might find some small plants or evergreen trees struggling to survive, along with blue crystals.

  • Freeze Effect: Ground units are immobilized, but nuclear energy generation is increased.

Habitable Planet

A Habitable Planet offers a perfect atmosphere, ideal temperature, and a landscape full of greenery, sand, mountains, lakes, beaches, trees, and plants. These planets are lush and vibrant, making them ideal for colonization.

  • Pollen Effect: Citizen morale is reduced, but food harvesting is increased.
  • Storm Effect: Aerial units are grounded, but wind energy generation is boosted.

These effects appear occasionally.

Desert Planet

A Desert Planet has a thick atmosphere, resulting in high temperatures. The surface is covered in endless stretches of sand, with very little water and only vegetation that can withstand the extreme heat.

  • Heatwave Effect: Water consumption increases, but solar energy generation is enhanced.

Volcanic Planet

The Volcanic Planet features an extremely dense atmosphere and intense heat. Water has been replaced by lava, and the landscape is dominated by rocks and volcanic formations. Some plants have mutated to survive these harsh conditions.

  • Toxic Effect: Any lifeform that is not protected or not traveling in a vehicle will perish.

These planets present different challenges and opportunities for survival and expansion, requiring strategic planning to exploit their unique environments to your advantage.
